the beaches

As with all of the beaches on this stretch of coast, surfing is a popular past-time. The long stretch of surf means everyone can safely enjoy the water without swimmers getting in the way, but beware of the currents and the baïnes.

The beaches do get busy during summertime, but there's plenty of space for everybody as the coastline has protected dunes, an untouched nature with locally just a few buildings of a town.

the forest

The pristine forest of Les Landes... So typical sight when you enter the department in France. The view of the Pine Maritime Skyline never gets bored. The forests have an unparalleled secret of hiking trails and single tracks. You can find peace and quiet during a lovely walk in the woods or enjoy hours of fun on your mountain bike while feeling completely away from the world.

the lakeside

There are plenty of lakes where you can do a lots of watersports like Stand up Paddle, windsurfing, wing foil, sailing, swimming,... The nearest to our place is Le Lac d'Hossegor. Subject to the play of the tides, it is in perpetual movement, it breathes to the rhythm of the ocean and it shelters a whole generous and varied life. A protected, simple and authentic space that leaves a fragrant imprint in your soul.

golf

There are no less than 10 golf courses in the Landes. Enough to treat yourself to a great vacation dedicated entirely or not to golf. Whether you are experienced or a beginner, it is worth admiring this nature from one of the courts between the trees. Close to us is the golf of Hossegor, perfectly maintained, sheltered from wind and sea, retains its original appearance from the thirties with beautiful architecture Basque to admire. The little sister (but certainly no less challenging) is the golf Seignosse, a course made up of century-old maritime pines, as well as hilly and winding fairways. A real technical challenge for golfers looking for a unique challenge.
